Role:Senior Automation Engineer Location:Buffalo, NY Dur: 6 M C2H Experience as a software developer. You have a solid understanding of web services and Computer Science fundamentals (theory, data structures, algorithms) and experience writing software to automate manual processes (from Excel, disjoint scripts, etc). Expertise with the following: Writing software to automate manual processes (from Excel, disjoint scripts, etc). Deploying production applications or workflows to a public cloud, ideally AWS. Python, Elixir, and Phoenix Framework. Python interpreters such as Jython and IronPython are an asset. SQL is preferred. Common DevOps technologies such as Vagrant and Docker are nice to have. A strong interest in product management including: Working with target users and coworkers to specify minimum requirements for viable software products. Creating discrete software tasks that will facilitate the implementation of a product.
