Job description Business Systems Analyst, Legal This is an opportunity to work with enterprise applications supporting the Legal & Sales business functions. Systems include SFDC, Apttus, ONIT, OPENTEXT. You will be responsible for implementing& extending features in SFDC, Apttus, ONIT, OPENTEXT systems touching the enterprise sales process, procurement, workflow design and coordination of automation, enterprise subscription, and integrations to other enterprise applications. Youâ??ll work closely with our team of analysts, developers, QA, in North America, Singapore in designing, deploying, operating and supporting leading edge enterprise sales experiences. Projects/Systems Corporate Legal systems Sales Contracting systems Collaboration & eBilling Systems Vendor Contracting System Responsibilities Partners with relevant functional teams and support project teams as they define their global IT requirements and analyze appropriate solutions, helping to manage projects from inception to completion. Business Requirements Analysis Participates in requirements gathering by documenting requirements, process models and functional designs Process Modeling and Design Participates in process modeling projects by documenting requirements, process models and functional designs, using appropriate business process tools and methodologies Stakeholder Management Participates in stakeholder communications preparation and execution, status reporting by preparing materials, facilitating sessions and documenting outcomes Solution Design Participates in solution design and documentation, in collaboration with project and business teams Documentation Documents project deliverables in collaboration with BSAs, technical teams and business users Functional Design Develops functional designs for enhancements Applies business and technology skills to deliver designs in line with business expectations Testing & Test Design Understands the business problem and technical design, and develops test cases in alignment Collaborates with senior BSAs and technical team to develop test cases Project Management Manages end-to-end delivery of enhancements Plans the delivery cycle in line with release goals System Configurations Designs optimal systems configurations for enhancements Day to Day Support (Production Support) Triages and troubleshoots first level tickets Provides training and guidance for recurring training issues Compiles operational support reporting Training and Change Management Provides support in creating and maintaining materials for SME training Vendor Management Assists vendor resources with onboarding activities through all Equinix channels: email, laptop, access to systems, workspace, etc. Vendor & Application Technology Evaluation Conducts analysis on vendor and application options, i.e., Magic Quadrant, as a key input to selection cycles Assists in building RFP documentation and selection criteria tools Other Business Requirements Analysis Participates in requirements gathering by documenting requirements, process models and functional designs Process Modeling and Design Participates in process modeling projects by documenting requirements, process models and functional designs, using appropriate business process tools and methodologies Stakeholder Management Participates in stakeholder communications preparation and execution, status reporting by preparing materials, facilitating sessions and documenting outcomes Solution Design Participates in solution design and documentation, in collaboration with project and business teams Documentation Documents project deliverables in collaboration with BSAs, technical teams and business users Functional Design Develops functional designs for enhancements Applies business and technology skills to deliver designs in line with business expectations Architecture N/A Testing & Test Design Understands the business problem and technical design, and develops test cases in alignment Collaborates with senior BSAs and technical team to develop test cases Project Management Manages end-to-end delivery of enhancements Plans the delivery cycle in line with release goals System Configurations Designs optimal systems configurations for enhancements Day to Day Support (Production Support) Triages and troubleshoots first level tickets Provides training and guidance for recurring training issues Compiles operational support reporting Training and Change Management Provides support in creating and maintaining materials for SME training Vendor Management Assists vendor resources with onboarding activities through all Equinix channels: email, laptop, access to systems, workspace, etc. Vendor & Application Technology Evaluation Conducts analysis on vendor and application options, i.e., Magic Quadrant, as a key input to selection cycles Assists in building RFP documentation and selection criteria tools Qualifications 3+ yearsâ?? experience in system analyst role, Bachelor\'s in Information Systems, Business or related field, computer science/information technology; Project experience in implementing systems, managing databases, systems integration
