Job Description:

 

Integration Manager will work as liaison between ProductManager/Scrum Master and engineering team for successful delivery of enterprisesolutions. He/she manages the daily activities of the engineering team of sizevarying from 7 to 10 to analyze, design, code and deploy the solution in 2-weeksprints.

He/she needs to ensure that new initiatives will adhere todefined architectural requirements and methodologies, while planning andguiding the evolution of our Digital ecosystem to support new requirements in achanging business environment.

 

He/she will continuously innovate and evolve the usabilityand efficiency of the tools, make sure services provided align with businessand technology trends and actively seek out new technologies and newapproaches.

The primary responsibility of this position is to get aproduct out the door. He/she is responsible for the quality of the work thesoftware team delivers as well as for the proper software lifecycle managementwithin the SCRUM methodology.

 

Need to be particularly good in building relationships withProduct Managers and SCRUM Masters to reach a level of communication andalignment which will help the team deliver 2-week sprints without any majorobstacles.

 

Responsibilities:

 

1. Delivering the B2B Solution for Customers, VendorsIntegration Manager is responsible for delivering B2B solutions across ERP(SAP, Mainframe), Integrations (EDI, EAI, B2B), API, Microservices, API portal,API Gateway, Automation QA by utilizing existing engineering teams.

Building the self-serve portal to enable resellers, vendorsto onboard, integrate with B2B eco systems.

Developing connectors to Resellers/Vendor’s cataloguesystems, purchasing systems, Quoting systems to enable faster go to market strategy.

Ideal candidate should be strong and own the APIorchestration, development, API analytics, API gateway etc. and promotingAPI-first approach.

Directing team to deliver digital ecommerce solutions.

 

2. Defining Strategy & Vision of Solution Architecture

 

The Manager will review and acquire an in-depthunderstanding of the current application

landscape and technical architecture, the issues,opportunities and value to the business.

The architect will develop the future state EnterpriseArchitecture framework and Application Framework, based on the productrequirements as well as industry best practices and other considerations.

Documentation of principles, policies and standards andgovernance process.

The Manager will support the various application teams inidentifying the best solution

approaches to achieve the final state of the product.

 

Job Qualifications:

Minimum of 10 years of Systems (A2A, B2B), Data Integrationexperience using middle ware tools like Seeburger for EDI integrations (ANSI X12,EDIFACT, RosettaNet) Tibco BW5.x, Apigee for EAI, API integrations (Rest, SOAP,HTTP)

Responsible for EDI Partner developments/deployments.

Experience in leading B2B and eCommerce initiatives (EDI,XML, RosettaNet)

Experience in ANSI X12 EDI Transactions like 810, 820, 824,850, 855, 856, 860 and 997 Flat Files, EDIFACT transactions like ORDRS, ORDRSP,INVOIC, DESADV, ORDRCHG, DELFOR, CREMUL, PAYMUL.

Expert level knowledge in Tibco Active Matrix Business Works5.X, TIBCO EMS, TIBCO

Administrator, TIBCO Sub-Station, TIBCO HAWK.

Sound knowledge of TIBCO R3, TIBCO ADB and File Adapters.

Experience with ERP systems integration e.g. Mainframe andSAP ECC (IDOC BAPI RFC).

Good understanding of REST and SOAP based Web Services.

TIBCO BW administration and scripting deployments,performance tuning and trouble shooting.

Experience in CI/CD and log management tools e.g., Jenkins,Splunk etc.

Thorough understanding and hands on experience with XML, XSDSchema, XPATH and XML parsers.

Working experience in Java/J2EE.

Must to have Functional knowledge: Order to Cash, Procure toPay, Supply Chain and/or Finance, Quote to Order.

Demonstrated technical skills and knowledge of eCommerceplatforms, B2B Integration including EDI/XML/Flat File, B2B consolidation,Supply Chain automation, ERP (preferably

SAP ECC).

Owns the Go-to Market strategy of B2B solutions forCustomers, Vendors.

Experience with using middleware technology to integrate ERPsystems such as SAP ECC (IDOC, BAPI, RFC) and/or Mainframe using Copy books.

Experience with data transport protocols such as VAN,AS1/2/3, SOAP, FTP, HTTP/S, OFTP.

Build BPEL processes using SEEBURGER's Process Designer tointegrate various systems according to customer requirements

Good understanding of integration software, specifically EDI/ MFT / EAI or API

Demonstrated skills and knowledge of API, Microservicesintegrations, maintaining API portal, gateway etc.

Experience with eCommerce and B2B technical implementationsincluding map development, and middleware application configuration.

Proficiency in Jira and Confluence; Knowledge of Visio,SharePoint and TFS desired.

Excellent presentation and analytical skills

Exposure to Agile/scrum methodology and executing 2 weekssprints.
