Essential Skills:

· MUST have Teradata & Informatica experience with 6+ years
· Demonstrates strong problem solving skills.
· Strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills.
· Experience on support of production applications
· Ability to work independent on the applications.
· Strong Teradata, Informatica, UNIX Shell Scripting and WLM
· Interest in learning and approaches quickly with little or no formal training

Key Responsibilities:

· Full support of production applications.
· Ensure application Service Level Agreements are exceeded by maintaining ownership of incidents through resolution.
· Identify areas for system improvement and communicate with development team.
· Drive efforts to proactively identify application or system issues improving availability and        performance.
· Possible overtime and schedule changes based on application needs occasional night and    weekend work required.
