Role: BI Developer with  

Responsibilities include:

·        Analyze and evaluate current BI data, processes,and infrastructure to proactively identify data redundancy and makerecommendations for data consolidation, standardization and processimprovement, in support of current and future enterprise Data Governance andMaster Data Management principles

·        Manage, monitor, and improve BI platform errorhandling and performance monitoring capabilities to optimize and/or proactivelyaddress potential systems or process issues

·        Perform and/or automate varying levels of dataquality and stewardship tasks

·        Serve as Business Intelligence technology/dataadvocate and serve as a liaison with other departments to ensure properconsiderations are given to data governance and data management as new data andreporting needs are introduced across the enterprise

·        Collaboration across BI program, IT and Businessteams.

Requirements:

·        Bachelors degree in Management InformationSystems, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or relatedconcentration required

·        3+ years experience in Data Analysis

·        Ability to analyze and communicate datarisks/challenges and drive resolution

·        Well versed in Agile methodologies and changemanagement protocol and procedures

·        Experience with Qlik (QlikView, QlikSense,NPrinting) preferred

·        Highly analytical and detail oriented; strictattention to detail required

·        Excellent interpersonal skills, a demonstratedability to work effectively with staff at all levels
