Must be GC Holder or US Citizen due to international travel requirements

Biggest Focus is Experience with Palo Alto Firewalls

4+ months in length strong likelihood for extension

Responsibilities: 

â?¢ Analyze, design, test, install, documentation, implementation and support of global converged network technologies. 

â?¢ IP routing procotocols including BGP, EIGRP, OSPF, IP Multicast. 

â?¢ Design, test, implementation, and support an enterprise WLAN solution. 

â?¢ Configure and troubleshoot voice services from endpoint to endpoint and across all in-between Cisco LAN/WAN hardware. 

â?¢ Demonstrate good judgment in solving problems as well as identifying problems in advance, and proposing solutions. 

â?¢ Prepare and maintain up to date documentation for internal and external customers detailing configuration of deployed solutions. 

â?¢ Resolve operational issues involving routers, switches in a multi routing infrastructure (OSPF, BGP, MPLS, DMVPN) 

â?¢ Provide 3rd tier support for the corporate network. 

â?¢ Drive the continual evolution and support of the disaster recovery plan for consistency between sites. 


Required Skills/Experience: 

â?¢ Bachelors degree, or equivalent in IT with a certification, such as CCNP. 

â?¢ Ideal candidate should have 4-6 years of IT experience in routing and switching an enterprise environment. 

â?¢ Demonstrate proficiency with the design, provisioning and troubleshooting of LAN/WAN connectivity technologies. 

â?¢ Comprehensive hands on experience with LAN/WLAN/WAN/MAN technologies. 

â?¢ Comprehensive hands on experience with Cisco ISR routers, Catalyst 6500 switches, ASA 5500 security devices, Palo Alto Security Devices and WAN Application Acceleration. 

â?¢ Proficiency working with access control list (ACLs), TCP/IP. VLAN, VRF, Port Security, IP Multicast, routing and switching. 

â?¢ Proficiency with EIGRP, OSPF, and BGP routing protocols. 

â?¢ Strong working knowledge of wireless 802.11 a/b/g/n and Wireless management 

â?¢ Strong analytical and organizational skills, including attention to detail. 

â?¢ Agile project management - Agile Methodology or Scrum Methodology experience is perferred. 

â?¢ Ability to occasionally travel up to 20 percent of time (including internationally).
