- You may be working on new self-serve reports & dashboards to help staff at one of our 21 casino properties get the information they need to make better, more timely decisions.
- You could be helping analyze campaign results to determine the effectiveness of our promotional spend.
- You could be using predictive analytics to refine our segmentation scheme and identify underlying drivers of loyalty and guest satisfaction.
- With operations spanning Gaming, Food & Beverage, Entertainment, Horse Racing and Hotels, there is no end to the types of interesting work waiting for you at Great Canadian
Our ideal candidate will possess the following:
- Post-secondary degree in science, technology, engineering, math, economics, business, statistics or an equivalent field with a focus on business intelligence & analytics.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in business intelligence/data analytics.
- Must be able to communicate effectively in written & verbal English in order to deliver analytical insights to stakeholder groups.
- Knowledge of statistical concepts in support of analysis and reporting.
- Experience with SQL, SSRS, Cognos and SalesForce and asset.
- A curious analytical mind, strong attention to detail and quick learner, ability and willingness to work under a strictly regulated data management environment an asset.
