Position Summary

• Designs and develops complex software interface programs for telecommunications/voice over internet protocol (VoIP) systems.
  
• Performs engineering studies to obtain data on new equipment and system development in communications field and adaptability of equipment to existing system.
  
• Researches, tests, evaluates and recommends telecommunications/VoIP and data network systems.
  
• Supports complex telecommunications/VoIP systems throughout the organization.
  
• Works with platform owners (Avaya and Networking).
  
• Works with senior management to discuss any eventful issues, concerns, updates or new projects surrounding the Voice Conferencing Avaya solution.
  
• Works with other I/S technical areas to troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve voice platform issues.
  
• Works with Client Advocate areas to provide customer communications when issues arise.
  
• Avaya-based voice conferencing and VoIP telephony environment.
