Responsibilities:
- Extracting, transforming, and loading data into the warehouse
- Monitoring load processes to ensure accurate data feeds
- Ensuring that the ETL requirements are adequately understood and documented
- Assisting in the development of the ETL application and leading the data acquisition team
- Ensuring that system and integration test plans are developed and executed
- Performing in a leadership role on an Ab Initio project with design and development focus
Skills/Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field OR an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3 years of strong Ab Initio experience
- Experience with Ab Initio design/development and EME administration (version 3.1.1 or higher)
- Advanced knowledge of Ab Initio Graphical Development Environment (GDE), Ab Initio Data Profiler, and Ab Initio EME
- Advanced understanding of Ab Initio continuous flows developing Web Services
- Advanced experience with UNIX and DB2
- Solid understanding and knowledge of Control M Scheduler
- Experienced in information systems development, functional data analysis, and system design/computer software and programming
- Experience with Informatica preferred
- Experience with Ab Initio Metadata Hub development/administration (version 3.1.1 or higher) preferred
