Role:Fracking Supervisor

JOB SUMMARY:

• Coordinate customer requirements with all phases of operation including the areas of service preparation, service execution, and personnel supervision.
• Maintain attention to safety and Standard Operating Procedures.

PHYSICAL AND WORKING CONDITIONS :

• Frequent Climbing (stairs, ladders, terrain)
• Frequent lifting (70 pounds)
• Frequent bending, twisting and standing
• Exposure to working outdoors in all-weather conditions. (hot, cold dust, dirt, noise, and gas fumes)
• Ability to work more than 40 hours in any given week

RESPONSIBILITIES /DUTIES:

• Supervise the day to day field operations of the Fracturing operations on location
• Supervise all aspects of field applied services
• Follow through on equipment maintenance and reporting
• Execute job design
• Work with all operations groups to ensure trouble free operations
• Ensure adherence to operational policy, safety policy and procedures
• Document and report all pertinent crew, equipment and job related information
• Provide direction, training and on-going leadership to crew team members Responsible for making safety performance and environmental awareness the primary focus of all Frac employees.
• Analyze stimulation location prior to treatments to develop a layout for company Frac equipment and placement of customer facilities (pits/tanks/etc.)
• Coordinate with Frac Operations Manager to ensure the proper equipment and personnel is available, trained and understand their involvement in the stimulation treatment.
• Provide technical and operational knowledge along with leadership during the treatment to both the customer and crew.
• Ensure that equipment operators are performing their assigned duties correctly, safely and in accordance with company Standards. Train personnel as needed.
• Safely remove all company equipment from location after treatment is completed.
• Ensure that all equipment is keep clean, neat and as presentable as possible at all times.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Has a current CDL & DOT physical
• Five (5 ) or more years Fracturing/ Stimulation experience in service company or oilfield operating company
• Experience with high-rate, Shale gas fracturing operations
• Good computer skills
• Requires strong leadership and supervisory skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible work schedule, including long and/or irregular hours.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Multi-tasking ability.
