Job Description

  • A dealer for several manufactures of school and transit buses and is the largest Blue Bird School Bus dealer in the country. We have five locations covering five states and are headquartered in Missouri.
  • We are currently seeking a Full-Time Digital Marketing Specialist for our Fenton, MO location.
  • The Digital Marketing Specialist will develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels.
  • This includes SEO/SEM, email marketing, keyword search, and website ownership.
  • This individual will utilize their expertise in digital technologies (web, social media, e-commerce, etc.) to optimize digital presence.

Major Duties And Responsibilities

  • Lead the digital marketing strategy to create engaging and effective digital footprint of the Company that drives traffic, generates leads, increases brand awareness and produces sales.
  • Responsible for strategy, execution, and reporting of digital marketing programs
  • Manage the usability, design, and content of the Company??s website; track overall performance of digital campaigns
  • Responsible for Website design and maintenance including fixing broken links/images, adding new content, product updates, adding new features, editing navigation, logos/artwork, video/sound and buses available for sale
  • Own all digital marketing channels including email and paid search
  • Manage the social media strategy including the four current social channels (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Google+) as well as evaluate and recommend new channels that support the business objectives
  • Oversee our social media presence and work with the appropriate personnel to research, interpret, and respond to social media comments, compliments, and complaints
  • Push new traffic via paid search, social media, email marketing, and other online marketing initiatives that drive members and prospects to take an action (parts, bus or service sales)
  • Make it easy for prospects to find and learn about the Company as they search the Web
  • Research and implement best practices for improving our Search Engine Optimization
  • Plan and execute all Web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns
  • Optimize keywords and insert meta tags on our website to attract and track prospects
  • Identify and utilize best practices for ensuring success of email marketing campaigns
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize web experience
  • Determine need for SEO provider and other vendor partners
  • Provide the necessary financial requirements for correct presence in all media through budgets and tracking expenses
  • Other duties may be assigned

Education And Experience

  • Bachelor??s Degree and/or the equivalent in job-relevant work experience
  • Experience with SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, and social media
  • Knowledge in website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Web Trends, etc.)
  • Knowledge in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.
