Budget $: 100,000 - 200,000

  • Has been deep in the digital marketing game and have a strong, reference able track record of results; you are an expert in creating digital campaigns across multiple channels and leveraging emerging technologies to drive results
  • An expert for driving brand awareness and conversion through all digital channels; you have a strong background in crafting and coordinating high performing digital media plans (paid, owned and earned media),
  • In coordination with partners and media agencies, from defining the best buying strategies to optimizing effectiveness of our campaigns, to analyzing and measuring results
  • Is strategic:your marketing IQ is high and you have been battle tested through the years; you are able to use marketing strategy to distill product positioning to the right audiences; you can convert marketing strategy to creative digital execution through display, social, and other digital channels
  • Is a data-informed decision maker: data is your primary tool for helping you identify marketing opportunities and optimizing current ones
  • Is personable: your outgoing and positive nature is infectious, making it easy for you to create genuine, collaborative bonds and relationships with the few others that make
  • Possesses experience using digital analytics (Google Analytics, Omniture, etc) to measure campaigns and is comfortable using your wide array of tools to craft advertising campaigns; you are no stranger to web language and can get your hands dirty with tracking implementation if needed
  • Is able to create, manage, execute and test SEM and social search campaigns for lead generation and sales, including campaign strategy, structure, keywords, copy and measurement

You Will Be Expected to:

  • Partner with Marketing, Community, and Creative Services teams to create online marketing campaigns to drive player acquisition and engagement
  • Recommend and lead high performing digital media on the most relevant channels
  • Own the performance of our ecommerce and registration funnels for maximum performance
  • Report and host discussions with leadership on campaign performance and optimize based on results
  • Develop and implement best practices in digital marketing that can be used across all of as offerings
  • Combine brand strategy with data-informed digital strategy to drive campaigns that work towards as goals

Other Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of the video game industry and its players; being an avid gamer is a plus
  • B.S. in Marketing, Communications, Economics, Business, or a related field
  • 2-4 years of ecommerce or digital marketing
