Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring adequate quality of reporting process and data analysis introduced to support objectives of the A&A organization.
- Preparation and analysis of data and reports often on request
- Cooperation/partnership with the Finance and HR on data requirements and analysis
- Generate meaningful analysis that can be presented to senior management on periodic basis.
- Will be involved in interpreting data, formulating reports and making recommendations based upon the research findings.
- The candidate should be located in San Jose, CA.
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Required to have excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to summarize and present complex financial and workforce data in an organized, concise manner.
- Must be able to work independently and have the ability to interact with management and executive levels.
- 2-5 yearsâ?? experience in Data Analysis
- Required to have excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to summarize and present complex financial and workforce data in an organized, concise manner.
- Must be able to work independently and have the ability to interact with management and executive levels.
- Solid financial and business modelling understanding
- MS Excel and ppt (Excel Pivots, Lookups, charts, Macros etc.)
- Good analytical Skills to see patterns, deviations in data.
- Prior experience of having maintained/ developed Operation reports in SFR/ERP systems a big plus
