Job Description:
- Applying QDPF, BP/PSU/ one off patches / ESS patches for Exalogic compute and storage servers.
- Reconfiguring /adding the storage to the existing environments as on client requirement.
- Upgrading the Exalogic boxes from quarter /half rack to full rack and adding additional storage nodes.
- Storage Administration, and reconfiguring the disk group sizes on client requirements.
- Monitoring/Administrating the Disks- and replacing them when the disks getting failed.
- Configured the ASR , when a critical/major event/error occurs an SR is automatically raised with Oracle.
- Monitoring the events/alerts and clearing those alerts based on the criticality.
- Preparing the reports of Cell nodes CPU/mem/IO consumption through OEM and Monitoring the resource consumption.
- Configuring the OEM and installing the Exalogic plugins to monitor the Storage/compute node/Infiniband/ILOM targets.
- Maintaining the hardware/Software changes and remotely administrating Using ILOM.
- Running Exachk/Diagcollection frequently to monitor the Exalogic targets/components changes.
- Installing and configuring Oraclec VM on Compute Nodes
- Knowledge of Weblogic on Exalogic infrastructure
- Installation and configuration fo Oracle Enterprise Linux
- Knowledge of Infiniband networks
- OS User Administration
- Knowledge of Cloud Administration
