POSITION SUMMARY

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The position??s responsibilities include routine duties as well as ad hoc analyses and projects.

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Serve as primary administrator of long-range financial model, which includes modeling of business performance, capital expenditures, taxes, working capital/other cash flow elements, and balance sheets
  • Track and report cash & debt balances, cash forecasts, and liquidity needs
  • Support the annual planning process, including leading the consolidation of Business Unit financial plans
  • Preparing financial covenant calculations for debt compliance reporting, including related covenant impact calculations for forecast scenario analysis
  • Analyzing business performance and trends, including some regular FP&A duties
  • Maintain financial risk tracking databases and prepare related regulatory compliance calculations

Additional responsibilities may include:

  • Ad hoc analyses, including market and competitor analysis, merger & acquisition due diligence support, and valuation analyses
  • Lease vs. buy analyses
  • Preparing materials, analyses, and presentations for Board of Directors and senior management
  • Leading and participating in various projects throughout the year

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum five years?? experience performing financial analysis, reporting, forecasting & planning
  • Experience with financing transactions or mergers & acquisition due diligence preferred
  • Degree in business management, finance or accounting, with advanced degree (CPA, MBA, CFA or CTP) preferred
  • Deep understanding of accounting concepts, financial statements and how they interact
