Location:Jasper, IN

  • The Business Systems Analyst role for Human Resources is an existing role within .
  • This position reports to Director of IT Systems Support.
  • This person will configure SAP to support a required master data for US, Mexico, China, Thailand, Poland and Romania business units.
  • SAP is the single ERP solution for and the HR data is required to support many processes both internal and external to SAP.
  • This person will support Kronos time keeping solution for the US.
  • This person will collaborate with HR to support global HRIS Workday solution. In addition to supporting HR, this person will lead cross functional global IT projects including co-leading the move to S/4 HANA.

  • Ability to facilitate identification of business requirements from end users
  • Ability to turn business requirements into a functional spec that developers can work from to create effective business solutions
  • Experience with documentation and flowcharting
  • Project Management and Leadership experience
  • Knowledge of SAP HR a plus
  • Ability to research, learn and apply new technology to business processes
  • Ability to work with and protect sensitive data
  • Ability to communicate well across the organization
  • Work closely with the Global HR team to support integrations between SAP, Kronos and Workday
  • Ability to travel as required and support non-standard hours as required

Key Performance Objectives

Short Term: (0 to 6 months)

  • Work with Manager and HR to complete onboarding checklist
  • Complete general Business Analyst orientation
  • Learn and assume responsibility for SAP HR
  • Learn and assume responsibility for integrations with SAP
  • Learn and assume responsibility for Kronos and related integrations for time keeping into Workday
  • Actively participate in meetings as IT HR Business Systems Analyst
  • Learn and become proficient at using Workforce Performance Builder training creation tool to support HR systems
  • Participate in Global HR meetings to ensure SAP and Kronos are in line with needs of HR across
Midterm: (6 to 12) months
  • Learn project management process during S/4 HANA Finance project
  • Learn how to effectively use SAP Service Marketplace
  • Learn about changes coming with S/4 HANA relating to HR in prep for S/4
  • Hana Core implementation
  • Work with HR System Admins to support integrations with Workday.
Long term: (12+) months
  • Lead cross functional global IT projects as identified on IT roadmap
