Role: Sr. Business Analyst, WMS/WCS

Location: Milwaukee, WI

JOB FUNCTIONS

• Strong analytical skills and WMS experience required:
  
• Specifically possessing a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
  
• Possess strong oral and written communications skills in order to clearly and effectively guide design, development, testing, and implementation.
  

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3+ years experience working with WMS/WCS software application (i.e. Manhattan Associates, HighJump, JDA/RedPrairie, VARGO, Forte, etc)
  
• Must have prior strong experience working with a Product Development Manager/Director who is outlining a vision to a product enhancement and can round out the documentation with true functional specifications to support a wireframe or visual aid of what needs to be built.
  
• Bachelora??s degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, computer science or related technical field.
  
• 3 - 5 years of experience as a product business analyst writing detailed functional specifications.
  
• Full Exposure and experience with Software Development Life Cycle involvement, including planning, analysis, design, testing and implementation
  
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate and consult with technical and non -technical business counterparts
  
• Strong organization skills with ability to engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously
  
• Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems independently and to generate innovative solutions
  
• Positive attitude with willingness to work cross-functionally, collaboratively & cross-culturally; a true team player.
  
• A self - starter who is prepared to develop and execute against a well formed plan and adapt as needed.
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is desired.
  
• Willingness to roll up your sleeves and do whatever is necessary.
