- Collect, understand and translate business issues into well-defined technical solutions
- Communicate with multiple levels of end users and management on technical opportunities
- Partner with a variety of technical and business resources to explore and recommend solutions for each First Data challenge
- Assist staff and line management from multiple business areas to maximize the efficient use of First Data card Platform (First Data) and related systems
- Work with various levels of management and staff to develop reports and analytics used to manage risk and attain benchmarks
- Coordinate between First Data and on all technical / support tickets, becoming the liaison between and First Data
- Manage First Data system administration functions through monitoring and reporting on the utilization of enhancements, managing First Data and staff interactions, participating on First Data user committees and user groups meetings
- Provide the business with sound analytical advice on proposed technology solutions
- Set effective relationships with internal and external partner companies
