- 10 years of experience in design and implementation of enterprise Customer Relations Management (CRM) applications using either ORACLE, SAP
- Microsoft CRM solutions with 5 years of experience designing and building solutions with Sales Force\'s Force.com technology.
- 3 years of experience integrating Sale Force solutions with an Enterprise Service Bus (ESB), both inbound and outbound.3 years of experience integrating Sale Force workflow into ORACLE SOA Suite workflow solutions is highly desired.
- Strong understanding of process and queuing design patterns.
