Here??s what youâ??ll need to be successful:

  • As a Business Analyst at, you will apply your e-commerce and finely honed analytic skills to major consumer experience challenges.
  • You will team with world-class professionals to define, develop and test strategies that directly impact the bottom line.

Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Exploration: Gather and interpret business needs and opportunities for improvement and translate those needs into requirements for the design and technical teams to execute against.
  • Perform modeling/analytics to assist new product and pricing strategies for various healthcare products.

Product:

  • Working closely with Product Management and Engineering, take concepts (epics) and turn them into detailed, actionable epics, user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Use forward thinking to identify gaps in Requirements and/or Acceptance Criteria.
  • Represent project stakeholders throughout the requirements gathering and development process and scope through the project life cycle in an agile environment.
  • Assist Product team in creating & prioritizing a backlog of requirements.

Strategic & analytic focus:

  • A proven track record of decision making and problem solving based on data. Conceptual thinking skills must be complemented by a strong quantitative orientation.

Education

  • Required Bachelors or better.
  • Preferred Masters or better.
  • Experience Required
  • Experience writing epics and user stories
  • Experience in a business analyst role
  • Experience with agile project management tools such as Jira & Confluence
  • Experience working in an agile environment, preferably with teams executing scrum methodology

Preferred

  • Experience in new digital product introduction
  • Experience in an e-commerce business analysis role
