SUMMARY :

This position is responsible for the preparation of financial reports, maintaining the financial integrity of the company, review of financial transactions and in assisting with financial planning activities. As a member of the Corporate Finance team, you will have the opportunity to help drive a variety of new initiatives and support our rapidly growing organization.

GENERAL INFORMATION:

  • This position is a exempt and full-time role.
  • This position is located at San Mateo office.

ESSENTIAL TASKS, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Include the following steps to provide simplicity and service to our clients. Others may be assigned.
  • Prepare monthly and annual financials, monthly budget vs. actual variance analysis and metrics for distribution to management.
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting.
  • Participate in the monthly close process
  • New and Lost business reporting, monitoring and financial impact reporting
  • Deem expense reporting, monitoring, identifying cost savings and policy development
  • Perform various general ledger accounts analysis
  • Prepare quarterly Agency Profile Reports
  • Special projects as assigned

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor\'s degree (ideally in Finance, Economics, Accounting)
  • 2+ years of Finance/Accounting experience
