- VMWare VCP 5+ Preferred
- Install, configure and manage VMware environments
- 8-10 years of VMWare Experience
- Ability to configure disaster recovery solutions for VMWare using SRM
- VMware NSX, VSAN, Auto-Deploy
- Engineer level knowledge of Cisco UCS
- Configure, deploy and support virtualized infrastructure on Cisco UCS
- Ability to work with B & C Series UCS Servers, Fabric Interconnects and all underlying UCS infrastructure.
- Experience in managing/maintaining, supporting and developing a large Cisco UCS Server Farm environment.
- Experience with SAN Storage (Hitachi, Pure, DellEMC) provisioning storage groups, LUNs, Zoning,
- DNS, SMTP, Active Directory, Windows Server 2008,2012, 2016
- Understanding of the OSI Model, ability to troubleshoot from layer 1 to 7 and back down.
- Provides technical leadership to appropriate personnel on highly complex system administration activities.
- Provides technical solutions and escalated support for non-routine, highly complex technical issues.
- Follow life cycle oriented processes and procedures.
- Leads the design, implementation and maintenance of complex solutions
- Orderly documentation, time management and planning skills to include creation of support documentation,
- Logical/physical diagrams, operating procedures and Run Books for service transition to support teams.
