Supply Chain Analyst

• Supply Chain Analyst (Business Strategy & Analytics) will be a role combining moderately developed analytical and analysis skills with developing project management skills.
• The Supply Chain Analyst will have direct responsibility for completing moderately complex analyses in the movement of vehicles intra California and eventually around the United States.
• The ultimate goal will be to utilize both equipment and labor resources to their full potential.

• Product line Project Management of low complexity
• Perform other duties as assigned

• BS in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Business preferred
• 3-4 years supply chain and/or operations experience
• Strong oral and written skills
• Data Mining - Data Models, Microsoft Access, Enterprise Systems, Business Reporting Systems, External Data Sources
• Problem Solving & Root Cause Analysis
• Network Modeling - Manual or Software-based
• Analytical skills - Core Statistics
• Analytical Curiosity - Comfortable with and enjoys working in very detailed, data intense environment
• Influence - Develop credibility and ability to sell recommendations within supply chain organization.
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel Expert-Level, Access, PowerPoint)
• Must be self-motivated and highly adaptable to change
• Occasional travel required, anticipated to be 10% or less
• Occasional nights or weekends required if/when a business need arises

• Oracle or related TMS(Transportation Management Software) system
