• Create, schedule and monitor tasks
• Troubleshoot failures in time to avoid impact to user community
• Create scripts and tasks to automate recurring tasks
• Carry out precise and effective communications with the user community, regarding outages, disruptions and service limitations
• Perform database administration, maintain hardware health in coordination with IT.
• Manage an effective query performance program, minimizing impact to hardware and maximizing response time for users
• Coordinate efforts with operations team in France and the US.
• Travel to France and the west coast to solidify support operations and team building
• Foster communication channels with business stakeholders with the goal of improving/assuring user/customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• DEGREE BS in IT/IS.
• YEARS OF EXPERIENCE 5+

Experience Details

• 5+ years experience in mid-large size enterprise running full-scope ERP, with a focus on SQL Database
• Administration and Hardware management for reporting & analytics.
• Up to date Microsoft Business Intelligence tools are required. BIRST experience would be a plus.

Skills

• SQL Server 2008/32012/2014.
• Powershell, windows scripting, T-SQL.
• Thorough knowledge/ experience in ERP systems.
• SQL DBA skillsETLTechniques for analysis and troubleshooting.
• Above average understanding of Business Intelligence.
• Good understanding of Dimensional Modeling.
• Interpersonal & Communication skills
• Must have Fluent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English.
• Effective interaction with team members and the user community at large is vital to this role.
