This consultant Statement of Work requires the following:

• Design and define system architecture for CA Identity Minder.
• Experience with LDAP.
• CA IDM experience
• CA Governance Minder experience
• Familiar with all CA connectors (RACF, LDAP, AD, Oracle...).
• Refined trouble shooting skills
• Determine systems specifications, input/output processes, and working parameters for hardware/software compatibility and maintenance of system security.
• Coordinate design of subsystems and integration of total system. Identify, analyze, and resolve program support deficiencies.
• Develop and recommend corrective actions. Provide technical guidance for database administrators and software developers.
• Serve as organization spokesperson on advanced project and program.
• Act as advisor to management and customers on advanced technical research studies for the application.

REQUIREMENTS:-

• Required Excellent Communication skills
• Requires a Bachelors degree in Science, Physics, Engineering or related degree
  
• Require 9+ years of experience in the position offered or as a System Administrator/Analyst, Security Analyst, Consultant or Engineer.
• Must have demonstrated experience with JAVA, UNIX, Windows, Oracle, SQL, LDAP.
• Must have experience working in lead positions and present to customers.
• Strong background in SDLC and Agile development process
• Certified in JAVA or System Administration will be a big plus.
• Experience designing, implementing and administering BMC Control
• SA suite of products knowledge of the CA IDM product sweet.
• Experience with System Monitoring tools;
• experience with operating system security on different flavors of UNIX;
• experience with system administration on Windows and Unix platforms.
