Project Manager
Location: Longview,WA
Duration: 6-12 months

Purpose:
The Project Manager is responsible for facilitating cross-functional project teams and creating detailed project plans including scope, assignment of responsibilities and timelines to ensure execution and completion of company strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Plan and document project(s) from beginning to end including creating Statements of Work (SOW) to define the scope and objectives, resources and budget necessary to complete the project
Track projects against the plans and facilitate continued progression by managing resources, defining milestones, removing barriers and gaining approvals. This includes presenting recommendations and progress reports to maintain resources (people and budgets)
Coordinate project(s) and provide leadership and assistance to cross-functional project teams. Teams may be made up of internal employees, consultants or temporary staff across several business units

Desired Skills and Experience
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
5-8 years business experience with 3-5 years in IT project management
PMP Certification preferred, but not required
Demonstrated leadership and training skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize, maintain attention to detail and recognize time constraints
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite software programs
