HCM Sales/Relationship Manager loc:Boston, MA

Budget $: 100,000 - 200,000

  • Work within an assigned territory to achieve and exceed sales quota by selling HCM/payroll services and referring health, 401k, workers compensation and S125 administration services to the benefits team.
  • Build relationships with referral partners.Use existing experience in payroll sales to generate new clients, build relationships and leverage company's client base.
  • Strategize with prospects to understand their needs and review CPS services and software applications.
  • Collect completed paperwork as needed to finalize sale.Collect critical prospect data and maintain, update and utilize CRM.
  • Prospect for new business 35+ hours per week.10 - 12 End User Presentations per week Must have reliable transportation and a valid drivers license for travel to client meetings.
  • Experience selling payroll to the 20 - 500 market is necessary and TLM/HCM/HRIS experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of management via the phone, email and in presentations.
  • Strong computer skills including MS Office and CRM applications.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
