- As directed by the Manager of Third-Party & Enterprise Risks:Assist in the overall implementation of the Banks Enterprise Risk Management program, including new enhancements, risk assessments, risk monitoring and testing activities.
- Identify control weaknesses or gaps and work with department managers to correct deficiencies. In addition, be an active participant in helping to identify the root cause of issues identified.
- Stay abreast of federal and state regulatory changes related to Enterprise Risk Management. Report such changes to management and assist in determining appropriate responses, including changes to the Enterprise Risk Management program.Participate in new product development, system initiatives and other projects to ensure potential enterprise risk related issues are adequately addressed.
- Make recommendations to adjust monitoring and testing plans if appropriate.Assist in preparing material and resources for management and regulatory examinations.
- Maintain related policies and procedures to ensure continued applicability and completeness.Perform other Enterprise Risk related duties as assigned by the Enterprise Risk Manager.
