Job Description
- Develop programs in other software languages such as Java, .Net, and C/C# as well as have the capability to learn other software languagesGain an understanding of business processes and absorb knowledge transfer on both the technical side and business side of those processesLearn our customized software applications that reside in the OpenBasic language and enables Sales, Process Engineering, Manufacturing, and other business processesDevelop new value-producing enhancementsDevelop creative ways to document and error proofing our systemsProvide ongoing production supportAbility to create order and structure in our software applicationReduce our risk in a critical part of the business
- Programmer Analyst IBachelors Degree in Information Technology, Engineering or Related Field2-5 years of work experience after college is preferred but will consider new graduatesExisting software development experience (preferably in Java, .Net or other relevant software languages).
- It is not a prerequisite that the person knows OpenBasicExperience with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) processStrong analytical thinkingHigh level of curiosity and lifelong learning mindsetManufacturing experience (preferred but not mandatory)Strong collaboration skillsStrong customer first" mentality
