Senior HRIS Analyst Loc: Los Angeles, Ca

Job Type: Full Time only
Budget $: 100,000 - 200,000

  • Responsible for the integrity of all HRIS data, complex reporting and application maintenance Administers and supports various HR, Benefits & Payroll applications Maintains
  • Human Resources business processes and documentation Creates and develops content for training based on Human Resources business processes
  • Designs and implements external and internal interfaces between interrelated systems Develops functional specifications for new functionality based on business requirement Maintains and supports user role assignment
  • Troubleshoots end-user and other system issues Manages support tickets of all HR related applications Leads HRIS projects including project planning, schedule development, configuration, testing, training and change management Works closely with the benefits team with open enrollment, interfaces, configuration, troubleshooting and future enhancements Performs and assists with the Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) audit Manages vendor relationships Conducts special projects as assigned Mentors the HRIS Analyst and HRIS Specialist

Requirements:

  • Bachelor\'s degree (BA/BS) from a four-year college or university, minimum five years HR systems experience, and/or combination of education and experience.
  • Retail Management Certificate desirable. Must have excellent PC skills, particularly in data analysis and/or modeling applications (Excel) and related presentation packages including graphing Prior experience with HRIS/Talent Management systems preferred (People Soft, Ceridian HCM, Lawson, ADP Enterprise and Cornerstone On Demand)
