- Work directly with the Purchasing Team to create monthly replenishment orders.
- Determine annual demand plan to strategically buy product according to the established methodology.
- Work closely with Product Development & Marketing departments to establish new product launch timelines and ensure critical dates are met in order to meet ship to trade and on counter timing by retailer.
- Ensure all new launch purchase orders are placed on time.Forecast all new launch products by identifying sales trends for similar products that are used a key benchmarks.Maintain SKU level in stock rates through WOS analysis.
- Produce At Risk Report on a daily basis identifying all products with low WOS.
- Communicate with the purchasing team and our vendors to adjust purchase order timing depending on the brand needs.Ensure purchasing strategies, such as price breaks and minimum order quantities are identified and executed to each products specific guidelines.
- Assist in weekly reporting, including the Dashboard, Mix of Business, Sales Plan by Retailer and various forecasting/demand planning requests.
- Provide vendors 6 to 12 month forecasts by product to ensure production timing is met for replenishment and new launch products.
- Work with the International Team and Sales/Accounts Team to ensure door roll outs and new market openings are able to launch with the correct assortment.
- Establish retailer allocations by launch and work closely with the Sales/Accounts Team to determine ship dates.Maintain global replenishment for all markets by ensuring timely delivery of orders.
- Assist in demand planning for global packaging update and roll out across all distribution channels.
- Help with product discontinuations and assortment review by retailer, working directly with the Retail Marketing team to identify low sellers that should be discontinued.
