- Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Organization of applications and software development for corporate, store or customer systemsOversee project-based evaluation of technological demands from other departmentsManage, supervise, and check all external service providersIT Procurement in collaboration with the IT Procurement ManagerResponsible for the integration of new systems into the overall application structureProvide Incident Management (2nd and 3rd level) including on-call duties outside regular business hoursCapacity ManagementChange ManagementTest ManagementAll other duties as assignedDesired Skills and ExperienceRequired Skills and ExperienceBachelors Degree in Information Technology or another IT-related degree24 years of experience with IT Systems within a business and applications area such as POS System and Payment, Finance, Purchasing, Procurement, HR, Supply Chain or Data Warehousing.
- Business and Process Knowledge within Retail, Payment and ITProject ImplementationProcess Modeling (ARIS) and SQLMS OfficeRetail Software knowledgePCI-DSSExcellent oral and written communicationTime management skills and detail orientedAbility to work Independent or in a team environmentStrong interpersonal & analytical skillsWillingness to travel internationallyPreferred Skills and ExperienceGerman language skills
