Oracle EBS Analyst
  • The Oracle Application Specialist will focus on applying Oracle application expertise related to finance, purchasing, and inventory.
  • In this role, you will work to design, architect & implement process solutions leveraging the applications within Oracle E-Business Suite.
Responsibilities:
  • Partnering with the business to develop processes and solutions utilizing tools within the e-Business suite including finance, purchasing, inventory, and iSupplier Working closely with our Business Units and Oracle Manager to support, develop, and implement scalable, robust solutions Identify and implement process improvements leveraging the software, best practices, automation, innovation and technology upgrades Establishes system specifications by conferring with users; analyzing workflow, access, information, and security requirements; designing system infrastructure Prepares users by designing and conducting training programs; providing references and support Upgrades system by conferring with vendors and services; developing, testing, evaluating, and installing enhancements and new software Meet with finance to understand business requirements and monthly reporting requirements Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations Protects organization\'s value by keeping information confidential Update and maintenance technical documentation around application modifications and changes
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Must have 4+ years\' experience implementing and supporting Oracle applications Four-year degree in Computer Science Previous experience with Oracle EBS R12 modules Strong functional knowledge of Oracle finance, purchasing, and inventory Knowledge of finance modules that are impacted by the core modules like AP, FA, AR, OM Project based experience designing, implementing, and testing RICE customization's Familiarity with AIM/SDLC or equivalent methodology/ documentation with good communication skills Experience and specific accomplishments in implementing, introducing best practices on multiple projects Knowledge of ACH processing Project management /PPM certification a plus Strong people management skills - ability to successfully manage up, down, and across the organization Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience in outsourcing and/or working with offshore resources Knowledge and experience in establishing metrics to evaluate organizational performance
