Required Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of experience designing, developing and coding complex solutions for Oracle applications.
BS in Computer Science, Computer skills: UNIX, SQL, PLSQL, Toad / SQL Developer equivalent tool, Forms 10g, Reports 10g, OAF, Oracle Applications 11i/ R12 Financials.
Minimum of 5 years in Oracle ebusiness 11i or 12, Experience working on TCA (Trading Community Architecture), Accounts Receivables (AR), Accounts Payables (AP),General Ledger (GL), Fixed Assets (FA), AGIS, i Procurements, iPayments (R12 version) , iReceivables, Workflow 2.6.3 is highly preferred.
Familiarity with MQ messaging / Advance Queuing (AQ).
Prior experience leading a technical team of employees or external consultants

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret user requirements, functional documents and knowledge of AIM documentation for Oracle Applications.

Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting financial management systems or equivalent is required
Proven experience in overseeing the direction, development, and implementation of ERP software solutions
Strong knowledge of system and software quality assurance best practices and methodologies
Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle methodologies as adopted by the organization
Excellent interpersonal skills including written and verbal communications, listening skills, assertiveness, decision making, problem solving and stress management
Ability to conduct research into software-related issues and products
Highly self-motivated and self-directed
Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
