POSITION SUMMARY:
- The Information Systems Engineer
- Enterprise Applications position is a dynamic, innovative position that allows for the successful candidate to work across a multitude of IT disciplines for a global organization.
- The primary responsibilities are the ongoing design, development, and deployment of enhancements to the Sales Force CRM solution.
- Additionally, this position plays a lead role in the future design and implementation of the integration of the CRM, ERP, and PLM/PQM systems in use across as contributes to the ongoing support and maintenance of those systems.
- Design, analyze, evaluate, test, debug and implement applications programs supporting company business processes and operations.
- This includes reporting functions, integration requirements, database and application support and troubleshooting and all other aspects of application architecture.
- Collaborate with users to comprehend business requirements and translate them into an effective IT solution design.
- Work closely with leaders across all business disciplines and collectively implement innovative solutions in order to progress the IT application portfolio and roadmap.
- Assist in the development of and adherence to effective IT procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Must have expert-level knowledge in SalesForce CRM development and support, including APEX/Visual Force, JavaScript, ERP configuration and administration.
- Must also have expert-level knowledge in the following: Oracle PL/SQL, Microsoft SQL Suite (SSRS, SSIS), ETL tools and Relational Database Knowledge, software design and development.
- Knowledge of any of the following are a plus: CRM-ERP integration, Team Foundation Server, Agile PLM/PQM, SteelBrick Quote Quickly, Aptean, Made2Manage, Prophix, E-requester, Sharepoint, .Net Development.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving, interpersonal, organizational, project management, and communication skills are required.
- B.S. Degree
- Minimum of 5 years of related experience required.
