- Baccalaureate degree, preferably in a Human Resources, Information Technology or related field.
- Minimum Work ExperienceThree years of experience with human resource business systems, hospital experience preferred.
- Excellent analytical problem-solving capabilities and ability to multitask when required.
- Must be proficient in working with large amounts of data typically handled by spreadsheet or relational databases.
- Must have excellent organizational and analytical skills.
- Interacts with administration, department directors, managers, supervisors, staff employees, applicants, and representatives from other hospitals and outside agencies.
