Role: SAP PM Training & Certification Specialist
Location: NEW PROVIDENCE, NJ
- The SAP PM Training & Certification Manager will have direct ownership to support the reliability of all businesses in RAS including Operations, HyCo, CES, Transport, CSCM, and Electronics.
- They will be a main point of contact for SAP PM resolutions and training questions.
- They will also assist in the deployment and future success of SAP PM system enhancements.
- This role is responsible to adapt processes and training content to transform our maintenance reliability practices.
- Sustain standard, effective training and reference materials Manage ongoing training and certification process Issue communications regarding updates, reminders, new processes via the Communication app
- Train regional super users Central point for support, assisted by regional super users
- Monitor process health metrics Conducts training centrally and in regions, together with regional super usersAssists SAP PM Analyst with support activities, including report creation
- Works with Regional Super Users to:Assist with conducting training & certification for users in the region
- Provide support as needed (either directly or via request from central team)Coach users as needed based on process health metrics
- Assist with content updates as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned by the SAP PM Manager
- Bachelor Degree
- Minimum of 5 years Supply Chain Management, Data Management, or Project Management
- Previous experience in Supply Chain Management, Data Management, or Project Management
- Clearly demonstrated leadership examplesAgent of changeFunctional SkillsLinde safety strategy and philosophy, knowledge and implementationKnowledge of ASU, CO2, HyCo, CES operations a plus Training experience
