Responsibilities
  • Establish best practices for data collection including recommending tools for improved understanding both our business and the competitive landscape
  • Develop and implement data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and data quality Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing analysis via reports/dashboards that can be quickly understood in a business context
  • Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systemsIdentify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
  • Work closely with management to prioritize business and information needsLocate and define new process improvement opportunities Provide strategy around data cleansing
Requirements
  • Proven working experience as a data analyst Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques
  • Strong knowledge of and experience with Salesforce.com, pivot tables (FullCircle CRM management a plus), Google Analytics, and web-based tools like Hotjar and Optimizely.
  • Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing large data sets (Excel, SPSS, SAS etc)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings in a way that\'s easy to understand and offers recommendations for actionNice to haveSFDC Admin experience Apex code background
