Job Requirements:(ONLY QUALIFIED CANDIDATES WILL BE CONSIDERED)
- Bachelor\'s Degree in management information systems, business, engineering, or operations is required.
- Minimum of 10 years related work experience is required. Minimum of 10 years of experience in Sales & Distribution is required.
- Project Management certifications (PMP, PMI, etc) is strongly preferred.
- Extensive experience as a business contributor with core software applications (ex: ERP, CRM, PLM, DMS, etc.) is necessary.
- Demonstrated project management, business analysis and change management skills are essential.
- Practical knowledge of MS Office Suite, especially with Excel, Word and PowerPoint is a must.
- Experience in business process modelling (such as UML, Bizagi, Visio, or BPMN) and for the creation of test plans would be a plus.
- Good general knowledge about IT technologies and database concepts is necessary.
- Strong customer-service orientation is preferred.
- Strong analytical, mathematical and problem-solving skills are desired.
- Must have keen attention to details. Excellent written and oral communication skills are essential.
- Excellent listening and interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language are desired.
- Ability to conduct research into application development issues and products is necessary.
- Must be highly self-motivated and directed.
- Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is essential.
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is preferred.
- Ability to travel between United States and Canada is necessary (10% - 20%).
