Essential Functions: - Recurring and ad-hoc analyses and projects to identify, interpret and focus management on operating patterns, exceptions, and concerns
- Development of reporting tools and environments including Oracle-based reporting, Access data sets, Excel models, and other reporting and decision support tools which the team and Company may employ
- Creation, quality assurance, and dissemination of targeted financial and KPI / metric reports to relevant executives and managers
- Design and development of financial models and databases
- Cost-benefit analyses and return on investment modeling
- Other research and analysis of financial and operational data
- Support budgeting and financial projections and financial reporting function as needed
- Development of presentations and other projects as assigned
Requirements- Bachelor\'s Degree or MBA in Finance/Accounting
- Superior command of Microsoft Access, Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong foundation in accounting and reporting using ERP-type systems; experience with Oracle a plus
- Practical exposure to and knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, financial analysis and forecasting- Experience in the Retail industry a plus

- Analytical and problem-solving capability
- Strong organization skills
- Strong verbal, written & presentation communication skills; ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial resources
- Must be highly motivated & have a strong drive for results
- Proficient in project planning, timeline management, issue tracking, and implementation execution
- Ability to build collaborative relationships across functional areas
