- Quickly turn high-level business concepts into sketches and wire frames that flesh out design objectives and identify possible solutions
- Create multiple design options for large and small web and native features that achieve desired user outcomes
- Utilize prototyping tools to create interactive/clickable designs that bring concepts to life
- Design and develop beautiful, simple, action-oriented email templates in support of segment marketing, life cycle and operational emails
- Create static on-site and off-site marketing assets that are impactful, on brand, and drive the desired response
- Be familiar with the concepts and tools for digital A/B and multivariate testing, and design various alternatives that can be tested and measured to identify the best performing version
- Help develop multi-channel brand campaigns for large scale marketing efforts

- You can prioritize a large list of requests and always ensure the most important things are done when they need to be
- You don't wait to be told You're proactive in identifying design opportunities and not shy about making those a priority if warranted
- You have some relevant experience Preferably a bachelors degree in computer science, graphic design, or HCI, with 2+ years doing ecommerce design and development
