Job description
  • Lead the digital marketing analytics for Moens Global Brand Marketing group and our respective business units (individual contributor).
  • Act as an architect for our approaches to model digital data problems, select the best technologies for the problems and determine which data algorithms make sense to use.
  • Become the data evangelist to the various business units to ensure all strategic decisions are data based.
  • Develop reports, tools and metrics to track digital performance, business trends, customer behavior and other key success indicators.
  • Ensure web, mobile, media metrics and key performance data is captured that will provide actionable insights to support performance improvement in consumer engagement, retention, and ultimately conversions.
  • Works in-conjunction with Moens consumer insights & Moens CRM team to deliver data segmentation and modeling, metrics and insights, consumer engagement strategy plans and measurement optimization.
  • Provide insights about the consumer experience, building robust data-based reports that reveal the quality of the digital consumer experience across the consumer journey and lifecycle.Manage analyses that moves beyond an explanation of what happened to why it happened and what should be done.
  • Turning observations into insights, insights into recommended actions and ultimately developing strategy and campaign optimization.
  • Develop strategic measurement strategies in collaboration with online, branding, creative and market strategy teams to create holistic reports for campaigns, programs, and platforms based on research, analytics and insights.
  • Unite digital and consumer experience metrics across disparate tactics and platforms in order to reveal significant, meaningful insights.
  • Ability to peel through the layers of reported data, disregarding the unnecessary and deliver analysis and insight in a constructive and concise manner and develop clear and concise dash-boarding.
  • Bachelors required.
  • MBA or other graduate degree a plus.5+years Marketing experience to include proficiency in web/mobile/social analytics; tactical experience with media tagging, tag management; measurement, analysis and back-end technical and reporting abilities.
  • Experience with CRM marketing and measurement: specifically web and email analytics, consumer data segmentation and modeling, and data-driven acquisition and engagement .
  • Experience with A/B and multi-variant tools is also required.Deep understanding of web analytic providers and tools such as Web trends, Omniture, Double Click, & Google Analytics.
  • Familiarity with top data languages for analytics which include R, Python, and SQLIndividuals well suited to this role have an optimal mix of mathematics, statistics, marketing, business sense, strong communication skillsDeep understanding of digital marketing and the various associated mediums.
