- Possesses excellent customer service abilities/focus.
- A self-starter and self-motivated.
- Able to quickly learn new technologies, including both Microsoft and non-Microsoft technologies.
- Employs excellent collaboration, communication and problem solving abilities.
- 3+ years experience developing and supporting on-premise high availability
- SharePoint 2010/2013 deployments and Power Shell scripting (experience with complex workflows and Always On Availability Groups a plus)
- 3+ years experience with Business Intelligence principles, data analysis and transformation from diverse data sources and data types (experience with Json a plus)
- 3+ years experience with Microsoft SQL Server (2012/2014), T-SQL, SQL Server Data Tools, OLAP, SSAS, SSIS, SSRS, Power Pivot, Performance Point, Visual Studio, etc.)
