- Bachelors degree in information technology, computer science, engineering, preferred or equivalent experience (5 years in the field)
- Requires 2-4 years database and application software implementation, administration, security, design, and tuningNET, MSSQL, MYSQL, CSS , XML, SOAP, PHP, IIS, and website development experience a MUST
- Experience with Windows Server environments
- Experience with SharePoint preferredExperience with Cisco Call Manager Call Center scripting preferred
- Experience with GIS/GE Smallworld preferredApplication software implementation experienceStrong systems administration experience
- Strong oral presentation and written communications skill
- Outstanding time management skillsSkilled in customer interfacing skills
