- Specific Duties Include But Are Not Limited ToPerform troubleshooting, analysis, problem solving, exception handling, and re-processing as necessary to ensure reliable operationsMentor and cross-train other team members on processes and standards
- Ensure reliable and effective EDI operations by monitoring EDI productionAssist in developing solutions meeting both business and technical requirements to achieve efficient processing of high-volume EDI transactions.
- Maintain documentation and provide knowledge transfer for other system support analysts.
- This process includes maintaining a knowledge base to facilitate knowledge sharing across the team.
- Provide primary support for weekend/remote work as required by position.
- Provide first level support on error resolution and research prior to escalation to management or technical supportCommunicate and coordinate activities with appropriate teams and other business partners for EDI projectsAct as an escalated technical contact for external trading partners/payers on EDI-related issues, questions, and activities
- Diagnose problems with EDI processes, working with other technical and/or business resources as necessary for assistanceManage Carrier Implementation Project Plan and Customer FTP account configuration.
- Maintain BizTalk setups/configurations for carrier EDI data feedsAssist with updating and making changes to XSLT files to support data mapping projects
