Education
  • Bachelor\'s Degree in Supply Chain, Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, Business or related field.
  • Apply technical knowledge of systems and business processes to help develop optimal solutions for reporting.
  • Gather and assimilate information from a wide range of sources to support Procurement and Operational reporting needs.Work cross-functionally with business owners to improve reporting solutions and proactively share knowledge through training and documentation.
  • Support operational excellence in day-to-day reporting activities; executing all necessary steps needed to produce reports; ensure Data integrity (validate information), timeliness of reports (committing to deadlines), clarity & presentation of reports, accessibility & user friendliness.
  • Develop and maintain reporting solutions, provide systems training when needed, and drive process improvement activities.
  • Develop, create visibility, and manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) by building reporting solutions to manage supplier performance.
  • Partner with VP of Procurement, Departmental Leadership, and appropriate stakeholders to identify strategic sourcing opportunities in the main categories of direct (dental clinical goods/services) and indirect spend, including Facilities, IT, Insurance Premiums, Marketing & Printed Materials, and Travel.Engage appropriate stakeholders to develop requirements and implement appropriate strategic sourcing solutions to aggregate spend and manage inventory strategically.Work with other industry sources and industry organizations on current and new initiatives to support our business.Maintain and build relationships with key stakeholders, suppliers, manufacturers and professional organizations to identify, benchmark, and implement Supplier Management & Procurement best practices.
