Role: Programmer Analyst/DBA

Experience / Skills / Qualifications

• Intermediate proficiency in writing SQL queries and DBA, Access, Visual Basic, HTMLImplement system personalizationDevelop and modify new and existing reports using SSRSProvide end-user training and support for ERP modules and forms.
• Work with IT staff to integrate new systems/applications into Infor SyteLineBackup the senior systems programmer analyst admin tasks, dB maintenance as necessaryTrain users in proper use of Syteline systemPerform related duties as required or assignedActively participate in the continuous improvement and support of the IT DepartmentPerform special projects for IT Director as requestedImplement and maintain access programs where applicableCreate and maintain web design and dB management on the intranet serverProven track record of success working as a team member: understanding personal and team roles; contributing to a positive working environment by building solid relationships with team members; proactively seeking guidance, clarification and feedback; and providing guidance, clarification and feedback to less experienced team members.

Other Requirements

• Minimum five years experience, with a Bachelors Degree in Information Systems or related discipline
• A minimum of 5 years experience in IT.
• Must have strong communications skills for interacting with all levels within the organization.
• Comfortable working closely with IT staff in the design and optimization of data, transformation, and control of data attributes and objects that span enterprise applications.
• Communicate effectively across the organization, having a strong customer service orientation (both internally and externally) and strong results orientation
