Sr. Salesforce Administrator / Developer Loc: Philadelphia, PA

Desired Skills and ExperienceYou will need this background to be considered:
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field strongly preferred
  • Experience developing Force.com commercial business applications as part of a collaborative team
  • 5-8 years of Force.com experience in Visualforce/Apex development
  • Salesforce certification required; Experience with Salesforce.com Web Services APIs - Force.com SOAP and REST-based Web Service APIs, the Bulk API, and the Metadata API; Experience working with Force.com application packaging and deployment is a plus; Experience using Salesforce.com data tools (Data Loader, Excel Connector, DemandTools, Eclipse Force.com IDE, etc.)
  • Experience building and deploying complex enterprise software systems using industry standard environments including XML, HTTP/HTTPS, Java, C++, and ASP/.Net. Other similar professional duties maybe assigned as neededâ?¢ Experience developing interactive web-based applications
  • Experience with enterprise integration tools and extract, transformation and load (ETL) tools
  • Exposure to project management methodologies (Agile, Lean, etc.)
  • Experience maintaining user roles and profiles, configuring validation rules, workflow rules, formula fields, creating custom objects, setting permissions and enabling field level security in Salesforce.com
  • Experience with the AppExchange and applications such as Conga Composer, Docusign, Echosign, Evernote, SpringCM, Loop, Box, DropBox, Geopointe, MapAnything, Outlook, Gmail and calendaring apps a plus
  • Project/relationship management experience
  • Current working knowledge of current GxP and European Union regulations as they pertain to computerized systems
  • Experience in at least one generally accepted standard for software/system development, service delivery, and validation methodologies i.e. PDA, GAMP, ISO9000, IEEE, ITIL, CobIT
  • Experience with the Clinical Research industry or CRM a plus
  • Familiarity/experience in with the following systems/supporting systems a plus: CTMS, eTMF, EDC, IVRS, and LMS.
