Sr. Administrator-Kronos Loc: Lakeland, FL

Job Type: Full Time only

  • Responsible for all administrative functions related to Kronos including, but not limited to, Workforce Timekeeper, Workforce Integration Manager, Workforce Absence Manager, and Attestation Tool. (currently implementing v.8)Develop and maintain documentation of system configuration and administrative changes.
  • Develop and maintain training documentation for Kronos, for both Train the Trainer and End User training.
  • Conduct training for all levels of personnel.
  • Conduct audits on Kronos entries to ensure compliance with internal policies and complete periodic user security and access reviews.
  • Work with IS counterpart to maintain development, test and production environments.
  • Partner with operations, IS and other internal departments to proactively identify areas of improvement.
  • Lead special projects related to Kronos upgrades, conversions, configuration changes or efficiency improvements.
  • Act as primary liaison between Kronos and Saddle Creek regarding all aspects of maintenance, issue resolution or project planning.
  • Perform all other duties as needed in support of department goals and projects.
  • Bachelors Degree in Business or related field strongly preferred3-5 years of experience with Kronos or equivalent systems in an administrator role (Kronos experience strongly preferred)Payroll and/or operations experience desired
  • Experience with change managementKnowledge of warehouse and transportation operations and/or 3 rd party logistics a plusProficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc
