- Develop, maintain and support BI activities within SSRS and SSAS environmentCreate stored procedures used by complex reporting solutionsPerform analysis of data sources and processes to ensure data integrity, completeness and accuracyIdentify and facilitate implementation of improvement opportunities
- Able to provide guidance and knowledge on the setup and maintenance of SSRS reporting and securityWork independently and collaboratively with end users to assist in defining strategic solutions that solve business issues and enhance corporate performanceFacilitate reporting requirements gathering from non-technical business personnelDocument business requirements in the form of specifications (business and technical specifications)
- Develop optimized SQL to implement ETL job steps using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)Monitor, Diagnose and Repair all data loading and processing packages to ensure data integritySupport ongoing user issues in the use of the systemPreferred
- Proficiency in SQL query development and performanceExperience in developing SSRS reports
- Database Administrator certification or equivalent knowledge
- Business Intelligence Developer certification or equivalent knowledge
- Demonstrated skills with troubleshooting and resolving technical issuesProven ability and desire to learn and apply current technology to data analysis solutions
- Proficient in Microsoft suite of products; Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
- Ability to work in a fast paced fluid environment
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbalHigh level of integrity and confidentiality required
